Welcome to Chepst (pronounced "cheapest" or "chepst" or however you feel like pronouncing it).

I made chepst as a tool to allow shopping gurus (and non-gurus) to share their tips on good deals (or report bad ones!) to help save money. For example, I saw an $8 can opener at Giant the other day and I thought, "There must be people out there who don't realize you can get these for a buck at the dollar tree!" And then I thought, "Wow, I bet there are a lot of things I must be paying too much for too." And then I thought about the weather.
